All Systems installs complete central AC systems in homes with existing ductwork or as part of new construction with duct system design and fabrication. Installation involves mounting the outdoor condenser on a concrete pad or wall brackets, connecting refrigerant lines to the indoor coil, running electrical service from the main panel to the outdoor unit, installing or upgrading the thermostat, and commissioning the system with proper refrigerant charge and airflow verification. We perform Manual J load calculations to size equipment correctly—oversized units waste energy and don't dehumidify properly, while undersized units can't keep up on the hottest days or in humid conditions. / For replacements, we remove the old outdoor unit, inspect and often replace the indoor coil especially when switching brands or if the coil shows corrosion, then install and test new equipment. We also repair existing systems: common issues include refrigerant leaks from connection corrosion or coil pinhole failures, compressor failure from liquid slugging or electrical problems, frozen evaporator coils from airflow restrictions or low refrigerant, electrical failures in contactors or capacitors, and condensate line clogs causing water backup into the home. Our service work covers all major brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, York, and others. Annual maintenance prevents most failures: we clean outdoor condenser coils clogged with leaves and dirt, inspect refrigerant connections for corrosion, check capacitor voltage, verify proper electrical operation, and clean indoor coil fins.
