We educate facility managers on seasonal operation—thermostat settings that balance comfort and energy cost, proper filter maintenance on gas models, and annual burner inspection requirements. / For existing unit heater repair and maintenance, we handle burner ignition failures, thermostat malfunction, blower motor problems, heat exchanger corrosion or blockage from dust or spider webs, gas pressure regulation issues, and venting blockages from snow or debris accumulation. Annual maintenance includes burner inspection and cleaning, heat exchanger cleaning, filter replacement, thermostat calibration, and safety valve testing. Gas units require annual service to maintain safe operation and prevent carbon monoxide hazards.
