All Systems designs and installs ductless mini split systems for single-zone heating and cooling up to multi-zone installations serving entire homes. We perform load calculations for each room or zone to select the correct capacity—undersized units run constantly and overheat compressors, while oversized units don't dehumidify effectively and waste energy. Installation includes outdoor unit placement on pads or wall brackets with proper clearance for airflow and condensate drainage, refrigerant line routing through walls or along exteriors, electrical service to both outdoor and indoor units, condensate drain line installation to a proper termination point, and vacuum and charge of the refrigerant system to manufacturer specifications. / We install Bosch and Mitsubishi mini splits as our primary brands—Mitsubishi systems are known for cold-weather heating performance and quiet operation, while Bosch integrates well with existing heating systems for backup or supplemental capacity. Repair work addresses common failures: compressor failures from overcharge or undercharge conditions, refrigerant leaks at connection points or coil failures, capacitor failures in outdoor units, frozen indoor coils from blocked filters or low airflow, and drainage blockages causing water damage. Our technicians can diagnose refrigerant issues with electronic scales and gauges, not guessing. Maintenance includes annual filter changes (usually washable and reusable), cleaning indoor coil surfaces, inspecting outdoor coil for debris and corrosion, checking refrigerant levels, and testing electrical components.
